Extended abstracts track
Submissions for extended abstracts are now closed.
Extended abstracts, to be published in a separate Conference Proceedings Volume, of up to 1500 words, and describing work in progress, will be reviewed by at least three members of the international program committee and, if accepted, selected for oral or poster presentation.
Extended abstracts must be written in English according to the formatting guidelines below and submitted using EasyChair as PDF documents:

If you have not previously used EasyChair, we strongly recommend registering with the system BEFORE the submission deadline.
An example extended abstract is available as a Word document or PDF. If you choose not to prepare your abstract using Word, please make sure you follow the guidelines in the example abstract closely.
Full paper track - Publication in Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS)
Submissions for full papers are now closed.
Full papers, consisting of maximum 14-page manuscripts, will be thoroughly reviewed by at least three members of the international program committee. High-quality submissions will be accepted for presentation at the conference and published in the Springer LNCS (www.springeronline.com/lncs). Manuscripts must describe original work that has neither been previously published, nor is currently under review elsewhere. Papers must be written in English according to the GIScience-specific Springer LNCS formatting guidelines.
